Bu bi- zim için çok büyük bir problem, bizim bu anlamda iştiraklerle çalışmamız lazım. En azından bir tanım olması gerekiyor bu kanıya varabilmek için. Çakıcı, merkezi Fransa’nın başkenti Paris’te bulunan Global Fuarcılık Endüstrisi Birliği’nin Asya ve Pasifik, Orta Doğu ve Güney Amerika’da şubeleri olduğunu söyledi. Çakıcı Konferansta Şu Noktalara Dikkat Çekti: 4 Haziran 2020 tarihinde yapılan Yönetim Kurulu toplantı- sında açıklanan verilere göre UFİ’nin şu an toplam 804 üyesi bulunuyor. Bu üyeler 953 UFİ onaylı uluslararası ihtisas fuarı organize ediyor. Bir fuarın UFİ onaylı uluslararası ihtisas fuarı sertifikası alabilmesi için diğer şartların yanı sıra en az 2 kere organize edilmiş olması ve en az 5 yabancı %5 yabancı ziya- retçi ve %10 direkt yani doğrudan yabancı katılımcının olması şarttır. UFİ’nin en önemli toplantısı her sene tercihen farklı bir kıta- da ve farklı bir ülkede olmak üzere yapılan genel kuruludur. Genel Kurulda üyeler, yönetim tarafından kararlaştırılan konu hakkında fikirlerini söylerler ve oylama yaparlar. In other words, we do not have a certified company in any way, a company certified by UFI or by the Turkish government. This is a huge problem for us, we have to work with affiliates in this sense. There must be at least one definition in order to come to this con- clusion. Because in order to negotiate with governments and get government support, we need a reference in virtual environments. Actually, we do not give certification or approval to technology. Membership To Ufi Provides Prestige For Companies Bekir Çakıcı, Deputy Head of the European Region at the UFI, who participated in the meeting, gave information about the struc- ture and functioning of the institution. Çakıcı said that the Global Association of the Exhibition Organization, based in Paris, the cap- ital of France, has branches in Asia and the Pacific, the Middle East and South America.
