30 Haber www.ufyd.org Uluslararası Fuar Yapımcıları Derneği, Avrasya Fuar Yapımcıla- rı Derneği ile Sergileme ve Stand Tasarımcıları Derneği’nin bir araya gelerek hijyen kuralları konusunda çalışma başlattığını anlatan UFYD Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Zübeyde Kavraz, konu hakkında UFYD Genel Sekreteri Yeşim Sinanoğulları’ndan katı- lımcılara bilgi vermesini istedi. Yeşim Sinanoğulları şu bilgileri paylaştı: “Türkiye fuarcılığını kapsayan bir çalışma yapmak üzere yola çıkıldı. Ankara merkezli Avrasya Fuar Yapımcıları Derneği, UFYD ile Sergileme ve Stand Tasarımcıları Derneği bir çalışma grubu oluşturarak fuar alanları- nın katılımcı, ziyaretçi ve fuar organizatörlerini ilgilendiren hijyen standartları konusunda çalışma hızlıca yürütüldü. Burada Dün- ya Sağlık Örgütü (DSÖ) ve T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı ve T.C.AÇSH Bakanlığı standartları ve en belirleyici belge olarak COVID-19’a bağlı olarak 5 Mayıs 2020’de güncellediği UFI’nin fuar alanı hij- yen standartları belgesi göz önüne alınarak çalışma yapıldı.” Kamu - Sivil Toplum işbirliği çalışmalarının gündemde oldu- ğu bu dönemde, özellikle İTO, İDTM ve İBB’nin de fuarcılığın ekonomik getirilerini beraber planlamak anlamında stratejik çalışacağı sivil toplum kuruluşu olarak UFYD’yi tercih edecek misiniz? İTO Başkanı Agdaviç, stratejik ortaklığın iddialı bir konu olduğunu belirterek, önce bir kaç adım atılıp kurumların birbiriyle beraber çalışma kültürüne geçmelerini, belli bir zaman içinde bunu gün- demimize almanın daha doğru olacağını düşündüğünü dile getirdi. UFYD Genel Sekreteri Feraye Gürel ise İDTM tarafından yeni devir alınan salonların rönevasyonu yapılırken, fuar alanında halı olmamasının temizliği daha kolay hale getireceği belirtil- di. Bunun için fuar alanlarının zeminlerinin epoksi yapılması planlarınızda var mı? Bu konudaki düşünceniz nedir? Bu soruya İDTM Başkan V. Haluk Kanca şöyle cevap verdi: Şu anda fuar alanlarıyla alakalı yatırımlar devam ediyor. Yapımı devam eden güçlendirme dahil 70 milyonluk TL’lık bir bütçe ayrıldı ve sözleşmeye bağlandı. Bu talebi ilk defa duyuyorum. Yurtdışında bu uygulamayı görmüştüm, sadece koridora halı ko- yuyorlar. İDTM salonlarına yapılan iyileştirme çalışmaları ara- sında epoksi konusu geçmedi. İTO Başkanı Agdaviç ise bu konuda şunları söyledi: “85 - 90 bin m2 alanın epoksi kaplamasının (m2 si 15-20 euro) yaklaşık 15 milyon gibi ciddi bir rakam olacaktır. Sn. Haluk Kanca bunu bir talep olarak alsın. Yurtdışı fuar alanlarını inceleyip ve ona göre dikkate alınabilir.” Haluk Kanca, sonbaharda fuarı olup da hibrit konsepti de düşü- nen UFYD üyesi firmaların kendisiyle temasa geçmesini istedi. Stating that strategic partnership is an assertive subject, ITOPresident Agdavic said that he thinks that it would be better to take a few steps and warm to the culture of working together with each other and put it on our agenda in a certain time. UFYD Secretary-General Feraye Gürel stated that while the reno- vation of the newly transferred halls is being done by İDTM, the absence of carpets in the fairgrounds will make cleaning easier. Do you have any plans for making epoxy floors for fairgrounds for this purpose? What is your opinion on this subject? İDTM Deputy President Haluk Kanca answered this question as fol- lows: Currently, investments related to the fairgrounds are going on. A budget of 70 million TL, including the already ongoing reinforce- ment, has been allocated and contracted. This is the first time I am hearing this request. I have seen this practice abroad, they put the car- pet only in the hallway. The matter of epoxy has not been mentioned among the improvements made to the IDTM halls. On the other hand, ITO President Agdaviç said the following words on the subject: “The epoxy coating (m2 15-20 euro) of 85 - 90 thou- sand m2 area will cost around 15 million. This is a significant amount. Let Haluk Kanca take this as a request. He may take this into consider- ation making the relevant examinations about the fairgrounds abroad.” Haluk Kanca asked UFYD member companies which have a sched- uled exhibition in the autumn and are considering the hybrid concept to get in touch with him.
